Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.

 

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, you must:

• Send clear photos and videos showing the defect before the product has been used.

• Include your order number and contact information.

 

Failure to report the defect immediately or provide clear photo and video evidence may result in your request being declined.

 

Refunds

If our team confirms that the product has a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for:
